Minimum Order Charge

Effective April 15, 2007

Due to rising costs of labor, materials, and freight, the following Minimum Order Charges have now become necessary. Each order we handle goes through several administrative processes, pulling, packaging, double checking etc. Several people are involved. As you know labor isn't cheap. Neither are shipping supplies, incoming freight, etc. In order for us to maintain the high level of service and assistance we're known for these charges for small orders are now a must. We encourage all customers to browse through our web site and try to accumulate enough product to exceed the minimum order amounts and avoid these charges. It doesn't take a whole lot to accumulate $25 worth of product these days.

Orders of $10.00 or less will be charged a $10.00 minimum order handling fee.

Orders of $25.00 down to $10.01 will be charged a $5.00 minimum order handling fee.

You will see these fees added at checkout on the web site.

Orders of $25.01 and above will not be charged any handling fee.
